Money Saving Advice from Frugal Millionaires
Today I was browsing my favorite internet sites when I came across this interesting article by Jeff Lehman. It is called How to Spend Like a Frugal Millionaire. I thought this article would be useful to you, so I wanted to highlight it here.
For this article, Jeff interviewed seventy millionaires who have mastered the game of spending less than you earn. These people discussed some of their best money-saving advice and Jeff presented the common suggestions that he heard. Some of these suggestions included buying cars used, bringing your own wine (or other drink) to a restaurant and not buying dessert, and buying clothes during the off-season. You can read the other suggestions in the article.
What I really liked about this article is that it reminds us that anyone can accumulate large amounts of savings just by being frugal. Obviously, you can get there faster if you have a higher income, but really anyone who is smart with their money can get there with time. It is really motivating to hear about people who succeeded.
Can you think of any other money-saving advice that will help us all to become frugal millionaires? I would love to hear your thoughts!

I always thought I’d live paycheck to paycheck forever. I read an article similar to this a few years ago and learned that even on my small income I could save SOMEthing. Now I have a pretty strict budget with included spending money and I’m pretty close to a fat downpayment on a house! If you always save a little, and pay out less than you make, then you’ll come out ahead.

Exactly. I sometimes think people don’t realize just how much they can save up if they can just save a little bit each month. That small amount really adds up in the end!
Great post, people who are searching ways of saving money will surely get benefited.
